having spent most of her life in beautiful boulder, she opened studio shira to empower & unite people through a fitness lifestyle.
amy fell in love with barre classes while recovering from a chronic injury. she has a passion for connecting with people & sparking transformation, confidence, & empowerment. a lifelong enthusiast of moving to the music, amy’s classes are beat driven, effective & fun!
mary owned the workout studio & has been teaching in the boulder area for 35 years! her contagious energy & passion for fitness make her classes challenging & fun!
jill discovered her love of dancing at age five when she learned a duet to wham's "wake me up before you go-go." she began teaching cardio kickboxing classes 20 years ago. jill has always found joy in movement with dance fitness being her favorite format.
rachel's background in dance drew her to barre where she instantly fell in love with the class style. her upbeat classes use low impact isometric movements for a challenging whole-body workout.
eliza passionately fosters a sense of community care in her yoga classes. she attended a mystical trauma informed yoga teacher training in peru & brings elements of spirituality & encourages intrapersonal connection in each of her classes. she loves teaching yoga, while continuing to be a student of this ancient practice.
kathleen is a boulder native who's enjoyed group fitness classes for years. she is excited to share her passion for her favorite format - dance fitness.
shiela cultivated an early passion for movement through dance. during a 3-year trek through India she discovered that yoga & meditation, like dance, gave her a sense of connection, bliss & gratitude. shiela is now dedicated to sharing movement & breath with others, creating community & presence.
