amy fell in love with barre classes while recovering from a chronic injury. she has a passion for connecting with people and sparking transformation, confidence, and empowerment. a lifelong enthusiast of moving to the music, amy’s classes are beat driven, effective and fun!
missie was introduced to pilates in 1996. she soon noticed her chronic problems were no longer an issue and she could exercise with more efficiency. after using pilates to help with labor and postpartum recovery, she felt compelled to teach the method. missie’s passion and enthusiasm provide an exhilarating, effective workout.
mary owned the workout studio and has been teaching in the boulder area for 35 years! her contagious energy and passion for fitness make her classes challenging & fun!
jill discovered her love of dancing at age five when she learned a duet to wham's "wake me up before you go-go." she began teaching group fitness 20 years ago with cardio kickboxing. jill has always found joy in movement with dance fitness being her favorite format.
rachel has been teaching pilates and fitness in boulder for over 20 years. her classes are geared toward all levels, challenging for the experienced yet accessible for the beginner. rachel's passion is making movement & strength approachable and enjoyable for all!

deidre has been sharing her expertise and enthusiasm for health and fitness with the boulder community for the past 40 years. she has studied many forms of movement, including yoga, and passionately shares her knowledge through thoughtful, energetic instruction.
heather is a lifelong athlete who studied sport management in college. she's been a swim instructor for over 25 years & is passionate about group fitness. she recently found her love of dance fitness and started teaching lablast. the music and movement bring her and her class much joy.
mel is a health-nut mom, international yoga teacher, barre instructor, and ayurvedic + holistic nutritionist. she has been guiding students on retreats, yoga + barre classes for over 18 years. building confidence and inspiring others through her passion for yoga and contagious positive energy, mel brings a fun-loving, easy-going, and ecstatic experience to each of her classes.
kiara discovered her love of barre and teaching at CU Boulder, where she leads barre, cycle and F45 classes. kiara lets the music’s beat drive her classes and is known for her contagious energy and enthusiasm.
nupur stumbled into her first yoga class in 2014, finding more balance, peace, and, most importantly, more acceptance in her sense of self. teaching yoga brings nupur so much joy – her classes are filled with exploration, playfulness, and a space for her students to return to their spiritual home.
