jill discovered her love of dancing at age five when she learned a duet to wham's "wake me up before you go-go." she began teaching cardio kickboxing classes 20 years ago. jill has always found joy in movement with dance fitness being her favorite format.

deidre has been sharing her expertise and enthusiasm for health and fitness with the boulder community for the past 40 years. she has studied many forms of movement, including yoga, and passionately shares her knowledge through thoughtful, energetic instruction.
nupur dabbled in indian dance as a child & has been dancing to bollywood music ever since. her love of movement combined with a yearning for balance & peace also brought her to yoga.

shiela cultivated an early passion for movement through dance. during a 3-year trek through India she discovered that yoga & meditation, like dance, gave her a sense of connection, bliss & gratitude. shiela is now dedicated to sharing movement & breath with others, creating community & presence.

stacey's love for fitness started at the age of 12, when she roller-skated a marathon on a southern california freeway. she entered the fitness industry in 1998 & found a passion for helping others discover their physical & mental strengths, while nurturing the relationships that foster success.
