jillian has been teaching for over 40 years, most of those years in boulder, where she grew up. jillian loves to combine movement with just about any kind of format, and has a huge passion for people, music and motion! jillian’s classes are fun, safe and easy to follow.
amy fell in love with barre classes while recovering from a chronic injury. she has a passion for connecting with people and sparking transformation, confidence, and empowerment. a lifelong enthusiast of moving to the music, amy’s classes are beat driven, effective and fun!
missie was introduced to pilates in 1996. she soon noticed her chronic problems were no longer an issue and she could exercise with more efficiency. after using pilates to help with labor and postpartum recovery, she felt compelled to teach the method. missie’s passion and enthusiasm provide an exhilarating, effective workout.
mary owned the workout studio and has been teaching in the boulder area for 35 years! her contagious energy and passion for fitness make her classes challenging & fun!
jill discovered her love of dancing at age five when she learned a duet to wham's "wake me up before you go-go." she began teaching group fitness 20 years ago with cardio kickboxing. jill has always found joy in movement with dance fitness being her favorite format.
rachel has been teaching pilates and fitness in boulder for over 20 years. her classes are geared toward all levels, challenging for the experienced yet accessible for the beginner. rachel's passion is making movement & strength approachable and enjoyable for all!

jill is a first degree nia black belt instructor + nia faculty trainer. she has enjoyed 20 years of teaching nia in the boulder area. jill brings high energy, dynamism and somatically-skilled cueing to her classes. all bodies are welcome!
